About Payton

I've lived in Austin for 3+ years. I am from Dallas and moved back to TX from NYC to be closer to family and younger siblings. They are 10+ years younger, including a 5 y. o. sister. So I've always adored caring for and being a positive role model for kids! I am patient, level-headed, engaging and positive. With childcare, I am especially playful, caring, organized, reliable and safe. My hobbies are cooking, baking, yoga, hiking, rock climbing, drawing, painting, scrapbooking, photography, and reading. I love adventure and learning - and enjoy guiding kids in any of these activities, their favorite games, and school work. I volunteer as a child advocate, where I received thorough screening & training around child safety & development. As well as understanding the importance of family connections, inclusivity & helping children thrive. + Renewing my CPR training. I do freelance creative work; seeking part time & as-needed child care / home help on the side. Any questions are welcome!
