About Peri

I started taking care of seniors when I was in high school, working in a nursing home. I really enjoyed being with seniors and knew that I wanted to continue working with them. I have now been working as an in-home caregiver for over a year and absolutely love it. I enjoy what I do because I've always had a soft spot for the elderly. At a young age I was introduced to this work doing Meals On Wheels with my mom and ever since then, I knew this is what I made to do. My most important skills include every day living activities such as, dressing, bathing, cooking, oral hygiene, medication, etc. I also provide help with physical therapy and mobility. I believe exercise is the most important thing in a seniors lifestyle to keep them healthy. In addition I will help with laundry, light cleaning, errands, and appointmments.
