During the interview we asked if she would feel comfortable letting us have third party run her back ground check. During the interview she said absolutely. I had her come over that next week to do some training to let my daughter get to know her and so she would know our routine We discussed the back ground check. She told us she didn't feel comfortable. I told her I support that, we will have care.com do it. After 1 1/2 hour she said she is going to go ahead and leave. I said OK, we will have care.com run her back ground check and if she can come back tomorrow to work her full shift. She told me to let her know what me and my husband decide. Which made no sense to me when I just told Peri what we decided. I texted her stated the same thing. She replied back a few hours later basically saying I can google that information, and I should feel comfortable in her and I should find someone else. SO she did NOT want us to run a back ground check. I am upset She wasted our time!
