Karmen is kind, thoughtful and generous. She took an amazing care for my toddler, and the Spanish my daughter absorbed from Karmen allowed her to now attend a dual language school. Karmen is detail-oriented, great communicator, and never misses a day at work. Incredibly reliable. We loved having her with us, and miss her dearly.
