Hello a little about my experience: I helped care for my cousin with a terminal illness, she had a seizure disorder, and a g-tube. I took care of a child with autism during the summer of 2017. I also took care of a man with special needs. My duties included bathing, feeding, dressing, giving and applying meds, helping with mobility, and transportation. This summer I took care of a 24-year-old with cerebral palsy. I've grown up around children with special needs, and I plan to pursue pediatrics when I graduate Nursing school. I'm currently a Junior at Quinnipiac University!
