I would like to recommend Rachel as an employee for you. As an Associate Dean in College, I have been able, as the administrative head for the English Division to observe Rachel in action teaching students in a number of English Composition and Developmental English classes. She has good presentation skills, asks challenging questions of her students and shows a commitment to co-operative learning in the classroom. I believe her teaching style promotes student excellence, critical thinking and a genuine interest in their welfare.
