Hi, my name is Rachel, I have over 15 years of experience with babysitting, 7 years of working at a childcare center and about 4 years worth of working as a nanny for various families. I just finished working for a family with twins, I took care of them from 3 months old to 18 months old. I prefer to work with babies and/or young children. I know that children benefit from a routine, so I try to remain consistent with that. I also enjoying helping and guiding them along as they learn a new task. For example, how to sweep the floor or pump their legs on the swing. I have a CPR class coming up so, I will be certified soon . Rachel is an awesome caregiver! She got my 1 year old on a consistent nap schedule and now he is napping independently for much longer periods of time. She enjoys reading with my kids, which I really appreciate! I also love that she communicates with me throughout the day and sends sweet pictures! Rachel is very trustworthy and flexible. I highly recommend her!
