About Rachel

I've spent the last six years caring for children of various ages and abilities. I've worked in school settings as well as in the home. I've also been a part of care facility for three years. My Buddy is a 34-year-old woman with Down Syndrome who is such a light in my life. I have a passion for working with people with disabilities and making a positive impact on their lives. As a patient, calm, creative, and friendly individual, I love working with kids. I just graduated from UCF's college of Health Sciences (Go Knights!) and am looking forward to continuing my education in Occupational Therapy. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, and swimming supervision.
