Hello! I'm Rachel. College graduate and avid dog lover. I first started working with children as a neighborhood mother's helper at the age of 11. I graduated from Guilford College with a BA in Philosophy and a Sociology minor. Since then, I have found working with children to be the most fulfilling experience! I am a major advocate of encouraging literacy and music, and have experience as a tutor and long term nanny. I love arts and crafts, paddleboarding, kayaking, hiking, exploring and adventures! Rachel has been an amazing addition to our family. She possesses tremendous early childhood education skills and utilizes them incredibly with our 2-month-old baby. From reading, to singing, to simply talking Rachel is patient and loving. With not having any family close to us, I feel confident in leaving our child with Rachel each and every time.
