About Rachel

Hello to you & your family, My name is Rachel and I'd love to tell you a little about myself. I'm 29 years old & originally from the Midwest. Although I do not have any of my own, children have been a huge party of my life growing up! I spent many summers watching neighborhood kids ranging from newborn to preteen. I had a babysitting service back in the days of Baby Sitters Club & spent many a New Years throwing bashes for my younger cousins and local kids. College took me all the way to Dallas, TX and there I found my southern charm. I worked with middle school & high school dance teams with students ranging from 11-18 years of age. In addition to coaching, I was also a part of my college's African Drum and Dance Ensemble for 4 years & through this experience I became really close with the professor's newborn & 2-year-old & played a vital role in their development over the 5 years I lived in the Dallas area. I enjoy sharing my passions with the children I interact with which include: arts + crafts, dancing, building forts, and playing make believe. I believe in healthy food, plenty of exercise and a positive atmosphere. I hope to meet you & your family soon! Rachel
