About Rachel

I am meticulous and diligent. I have worked at the Cleveland State Recreation Center for the past 2 years and have held multiple positions. I started as a Recreation Attendant, and my responsibilities included cleaning the entire facility. I earned the title of Employee of the Year for my effort and pride in my work. After a year, I was promoted to a Customer Service Representative and dealt directly with patrons. Shortly after, I was then promoted to Member and Guest Services and I currently deal with patrons on a more personal level and sell memberships. I answer phones and provide a solution to any situation. This past December, I won Employee of the Month and I was awarded the Business Manager Award for my accountability and friendly customer service. I love the daily interactions between patrons and coworkers. I am approachable and nice, especially since I have established a good rapport with the people around me.
