Radmila has worked with our family for five years as a full time caregiver for our three sons. She's been with us since our youngest was 10 weeks old and our oldest was 4. At this point, she is a member of our family and we are so grateful for all that she's done to help raise our sons. She is punctual, reliable, and flexible. She has never been late and handles the craziness of three kids' schedules with ease. She has taught our children to be responsible and accountable - they unpack their backpacks after school, help to clean up after themselves, do their homework, and fold their own laundry. Radmila also cooks and helps with dishes for the family. Every year for birthdays and holidays she makes cakes and has the kids do special crafts. She is loving to our children while still teaching them to be good people and that is the best possible combination for a nanny, in my opinion.
