About Ralph

I'd describe my personality as adaptive. I can keep distance if needed or be close but not bothering. I have worked with different families and social status. Im also witty if need to be. And im trainable. Different families/clients will always be unique. As a filipino I grew up in a household with tradition to be very respectful and caring to elderly. I'm looking for a job that will treat me as their own so I can be as helpful as I can be. I have been into plenty of roles with my past clients and most of them I took care for years and years until they pass. I started caring for seniors professionally when I was 25yrs old 2013 til now that im 38, 13yrs of experience. In my spare time, I like to work , play music or work on cars. And also go to trips with my family. One thing you should know about me is I am honest. My skills include adaptive caring for mentally challenged individuals, being quick on my feet on emergencies and a calm nature even during emergencies.
