Ramona has been a regular sitter for me since the '15/'16 school year started, picking my girls (infant and ~3) up from daycare one day a week, bringing them home, feeding/playing with them and getting them to bed. She's got a very calm demeanor, setting limits for my toddler while also keeping the baby calm and entertained. Ramona communicates well, and doesn't hesitate to ask questions. My toddler always seems upset to find out Ramona isn't there the morning after she's been there (a great sign!).
