About Randilee

I'd describe my personality as fun, easy-going, approachable. I like working with kids because they are challenging but rewarding. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help the parents as much as the children. I started working with kids when I was 15. I started as a nanny to my niece and nephew and then worked as a nanny out of state. In my spare time, I like to preform in theater, work on my graphic design degree and career and craft. One thing you should know about me is I'm a pretty cool auntie. I love working with kids and getting to know them. I also love being creative. I've got a lot of experience working through complicated situations and thinking differently to solve the problems. I'm also a huge nerd. My skills include creativity, hard work, light housekeeping, errands, and I'm pretty good at outings.
