I have been regularly working in childcare for the past five years. I spent two years active in Sunday school where I lead children in crafts, activities, and music. I even spent time with these kids outside of church as many parents reached out to use me for their personal childcare. I also babysat 10-15 children under the age of 10 every Wednesday for a group of parents who wanted to attended a weekly church gathering. I am well accustomed to children with special behavioral needs as I have been taking care of a non-verbal child with autism on a weekly basis for the past three years. I am currently enrolled in the education program at OSU, I hope that gaining childcare experience will richen my abilities as a future educator.
