Rebecca was a caregiver for my father, who had Alzheimer's. Rebecca was very thorough with his care. She maintained a regular schedule of activity/rest/necessary ADLs, which was helpful. She came up with good distraction techniques and was even-tempered, even in the most difficult of circumstances. She worked well with me and we were able to brainstorm ways to work with new challenges, as his condition and behaviors were often changing. I also appreciated Rebecca's attention to healthy meal planning and cooking; she has a lot of knowledge about nutrition and always sought to prepare delicious, nutritious meals. She tried to include my father in some of the cooking chores as that interested him and kept him involved. She always remembered to put on his favorite music, which soothed him. She had a good sense of humor and a tolerance for some difficult situations. She was reliable and responsible, and I believe she would be an excellent addition to your staff. Sincerely, Amy
