With 11 years of teaching and tutoring experience, I pride myself on my ability to form relationships with my students/clients, and design lessons that are differentiated, engaging, and meaningful. I believe in multi-sensory learning equipped with a balance of humor and rigor that children love and appreciate. Currently, as a full time remote, first-grade teacher, I see first-hand the constraints that families are under. My goal in tutoring your child(ren) will be to alleviate some of the stress that comes with our current circumstances, by providing specific, transferable instruction. Additionally, I am happy to help with some of the challenges of remote learning, such as completing work online. I love and enjoy teaching, and if given the opportunity to work with you will provide you and your family with as much support as possible both during and in between tutoring sessions. Rebecca is an amazing tutor! She is extremely familiar with the elementary school curriculum and helps every child meet their exact needs. She has a huge passion for STEM and will help inspire any child to make, create and explore. Rebecca is so knowledgeable and helped me better understand how kids learn and how I can better help on my own. She was such a pleasure and I would highly recommend her to anyone!
