About Renee

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, creative, and empathetic. I like working with kids because they never fail to make me laugh, they are curious and open minded, everyday is different, and I get to be silly and have fun! I'm looking for a job that is compatible with my schedule, big on communication, and clear on expectations. I started working with kids when I entered high school back in 2019. In my spare time, I like to paint, walk my dog, dance, visit the thrift store, and bake. One thing you should know about me is I hope to build a strong relationship with any family I work with. My skills include providing a good balance of structure and fun, keeping things clean and tidy, and getting to know every child on a personal level in order to establish trust and provide better care.
