Raising kids is hard. You don't have to do it alone. I'm a double Ivy-League-educated former attorney with 15 years of experience as a trauma-informed holistic coach to executives, parents, and kids. I also am a yoga and meditation teacher. I support high-achieving parents in their most important job: raising well-adjusted kids. As part of that role, I work hands-on with your kids in the challenging after-school window, creating a safe space in which they can thrive. In between their activities, homework, and preparing dinner, I work with your kids on life skills. Addressing issues that arise in real time as issues arise as a portal to teach them the vital skills they need to self-regulate and form essential positive life-habits. I often spot issues that teachers and others miss, and work with you to create solutions. In my care, your kids and you will feel seen, heard, loved, and supported.

Renee is a fantastic sitter! She has watched my 10 year old twin girls on numerous occasions and they are always excited to hear she is coming over. Renee is way more than a babysitter - she is a highly educated and competent woman who helps my girls with their homework and engages them in fun activities like cooking, art projects, hikes, and yoga. Best of all, she manages to keep them off of their iPads and they don't whine about it at all! Renee follows my lead in caring for my girls the way I do, including making sure they eat balanced meals and don't overdo it on dessert! Renee has also driven them to and from activities and has stayed with them overnight. I always return home to a clean house and happy kids!
