I had years of babysitting experience in my teens. I raised 4 children of my own. (one was in I. E. P and gifted with bipolar and one had ADHD) I currently help out whenever needed with many of my friend's children. I have had CPR training/certification several times throughout my life. I have LOTS of experience with children with learning disabilities such as bipolar, ADHD and behavioral/attention issues. I have some experience dealing with mild autism I am currently in training as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children (CASA).

Rhonda worked really well with my boys. My oldest son has autism and he usually takes a while to warm up to others but with Rhonda he was just fine.
