About Rhonda

I love babies, toddlers and children. I have raised my own children, and been active in a babysitting co-op, where I practiced adapting approaches to meet the individual needs of children. I have had a full time childcare service in my own home, and have worked as a Nanny. More recently, I worked with Babies to Boomers/ Sitter Scout, an agency in the Boulder-Denver metropolitan region. That program is an employee benefit offered by some employers, which in that area was Google Corp. I really enjoyed working with the various families and children in my care. I have worked with elementary aged children through a science education program I launched and led for three years. I also have led youth groups through our church, and learned how to engage with older kids. I have a career in organizational consulting, which I am re-developing in a new area here. Network building is important for that endeavor, so as I work on that on the side, I would love to be working with children.
