About Rosalyn

I care about children and find joy in working with them. I am currently enrolled in college finishing a degree in music education, and I am passionate about the care and education of students. I have relevant experience working as a swim instructor. During my experience as an instructor, I worked with people of all ages to teach swimming skills. I had great time management, planning and executing lessons. I had excellent communication skills with children, adult students, and parents to help students progress through levels successfully. This involved not only teaching, but care and supervision as well; the job also included lifeguarding. Additionally, I have volunteer experience with Tumwater Historical Society, helping put on educational events, and leading and assisting in games and activities for children. I have also been a nanny and babysitter for the past few years.
