About Rose

My name is Rose, and I'm a compassionate and attentive tutor. I have a deep love of learning in itself regarding all subjects and hope to develop curiosity in the students I serve. I have earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Psychology and a Masters of Science in Clinical Psychology, both with a 4. 0 GPA. My coursework also included numerous biology and education courses, both of which I have developed a passion for helping others. I have tutoring experience teaching high school-level English and Math (algebra 1&2, pre-calc), SAT Prep, learning strategies, college-level psychology (from the basics to neuroscience), and college-level statistics. Overall, I am driven by the desire to help others develop a positive attitude with the material they may find challenging. I empathize with how frustrating it may be to not have mastery over a subject just yet, but by developing a sense of curiosity and learning skills, I hope to pass on my knowledge to ensure my student excels.
