She needs to work on her communication. I sent her several messages to confirm that she was going to show up and received no response. A simple "I'm unable to make it" would have taken 2 seconds to send. I extended an offer to her and canceled other people because I was under the impression that she was going to show up. Not only did she no show but she also failed to communicate anything with me. Child care is not a joke and people need to be reliable.
