It's too bad that I am having to write a negative review for Rumeya, since we had a good first meeting, and our daughter responded well to her. But unfortunately, she turned out to be very unreliable and inconsiderate. She responded to our post for a recurring nanny position (Tu, Wed, and Thur). We met her on a Tuesday - agreed to the terms and for her to start coming from the next day, since we wanted to give it time for her to bond with our daughter. The next day she messaged stating that she had a family emergency and won't be able to make it. We are understanding, given that it could happen to any of us. She came on her next scheduled day. Then her next day was a few days later, so I messaged her the day before confirming that she'll be coming in, since she asked to pay her for the one day she worked - when we had agreed to a weekly pay, and I didn't hear back, wrote another message, just in case and nothing.
