About Ruslana

Hello, I'm Ruslana, I have four years in early childhood care, my experience comfortably spans all ages. I started volunteering at my church at 16 years old where I found a passion for working with children. A little after I turned 17, I started helping a single mom with childcare. My duties included overnight care, meal preparation, household upkeep, and facilitating the children's daily routines, including school preparations and after-school activities. I became a lead teacher at a daycare by 18, focusing on creative and artistic activities. Then, I taught at a private academy where I was a lead teacher for ages 3-5. I am eager to bring my passion for child development and my hands-on experience to a new environment where I can continue to contribute to the growth and well-being of young learners. I also have a golden retriever and a tabby cat so I'm comfortable with pets! I am also CPR certified and currently in college to get my associates degree in early childhood education.
