Hi! My name is Sabrina, and I have been a special education teacher for the last 6 years and an instructional aide in the same field for the previous 5 years. Though I am passionate about my work and love my students, I have chosen to step away from the classroom to take care of my 1-year-old daughter. Despite this big change, I would love to continue to work with an individual with special needs, if the circumstances worked out well for everyone. I have a Bachelor's in Child and Adolescent Development, a Special Education Credential with an emphasis in Moderate/Severe disabilities, and a Masters in ASD. In my perfect scenario, I would love to work with an adult who loves children and would benefit from opportunities to learn more life skills, social skills, communication skills, and recreation/safety skills in the community.
