About Saige

I am 19 years old and a second year collegiate track athlete. I have a lot of experience with children of all ages, special needs and development levels. I worked at a middle school supervising students in classrooms, at lunch and at bus duty. I was a classroom aid for special needs students and a library aid. I've worked as a summer camp counselor in Raymond, Maine. I supervised campers ages 6-15, led games and activities, worked in the kitchen preparing meals, serving food, and washing dishes. I also coached campers in pole vault. During high school, I volunteered as a student mentor where I provided supervision during recess at an elementary school. As a high school varsity cheerleader, I helped at a cheer camp for girls 2-10 years of age. I taught them cheers and dances so the young girls could perform the halftime show. Lastly, I went on mission trips to San Luis Rio Colorado, Mexico over spring break and played games with kids, taught them Bible verses and Bible songs.
