I'm a recent Harvard graduate who loves kids and is new to the Charlotte area! I'm a passionate and dedicated caregiver with 3 years of experience providing reliable childcare for families. I also have several years experience as a camp counselor working with children. I believe that every child deserves a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment to grow and learn, and I strive to provide just that. My patient and understanding nature, coupled with my creativity and imagination, allows me to connect with children easily and create a fun and engaging atmosphere. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and always follow their preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I am very comfortable doing so in a gentle yet firm manner, ensuring that children understand the importance of following rules while still feeling respected and loved.
