About Samantha

I have been babysitting since I was 13 years old and have grown up in the Northern Virginia area all my life. Growing up, I would watch all the neighborhood kids, ranging from ages 1-11 years old. Throughout high school and college, I worked closely with multiple organizations such as; Best Buddies and Special Olympics. I also have a 2-year-old nephew, who I love spending time with! Since I have worked with kids and others from a young age, I am a very patient person, making me an ideal nanny for almost every family. I believe that communication and creating boundaries are very important not only for being a nanny and working with kids, but in everyday life. I wont hesitate to say no or create rules that work for the family and children. I love being active, going outside and being creative, and I believe this is why I get along with kids so well. I am more than willing to help out with errands, cooking and meal prepping, and helping children set up zoom and get them focused to learn!
