About Samantha

I started working with kids when I was 15 at a summer camp for underprivileged youth that had children from the age of 3 up to 13. I have also done observations at an early childhood research center for 3+ hours. I also have completed related coursework in early childhood development and education. In my spare time, I like to read, write and listen to music. My favorite subjects in school are English, music and biology which has led me to majoring in health and human services. I graduate next May and plan to attend an accelerated nursing program in the fall. One thing you should know about me is I am a flexible and hardworking person. I will do my best to answer any questions or concerns you may have while also providing a safe and stimulating environment while also making sure the children in my care are having fun. My skills include CPR/ first aid certification, proficiency in the English and Spanish languages in addition to cooking and other basic household skills.
