About Samantha

I'd describe my personality as patient, empathetic, and self aware. I like working with kids because it's some thing I've always done and it has truly always come natural to me. I'm looking for a job that keeps me active and allows me to build strong bonds with both the child and their family. Demonstrating my care and being the best fit for your family is my top priority. I started working with kids when I was 12 years old, where I began as a mentor for children and young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. at the age of 15 I begin working in childcare centers and that continued on into my adult life as well! In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my dog, watching movies, playing games with my family and friends, and engaging in home improvement projects. My skills include patience in handling children's behaviors, making the child my top priority when they are in my care, and maintaining open communication with families.
