About Sam

Me: An enthusiastic person who loves kids, has lots of experience with them, and wants to learn and grow with them in their strengths and interests! You: A parent or caregiver who wants your child to have a fun and positive experience (especially with music!) with a responsible adult who can care for their needs Your child: Willing to be a little silly, learn a new thing, and share their interests Over the last five years, I have had the privilege of working with many children in a variety of contexts. As a music facilitator in a rural town in Western Oregon, I taught students from PreK - high school. As an after school/summer camp teacher, I focused on children from K-4. More recently in my music therapy internship, I spent time with Kindergartners, first, and second graders in group and individual music therapy contexts. Does this sound good to you? Let's chat!
