Unreliable. We had two phone conversations and we set up a date for her to meet our daughter and a shadow day to learn her schedule before officially hiring her and she never showed up. We spoke to her about an hour before hand and when the time came, she never showed up, with no contact. She was suppose to do this meet up a week ago but she reached out and said something came up with her housing. Not sure that was even truth now. Very disappointing.
