About Sarah

I'd describe my personality as calm, kind, and compassionate. I love working with kids because I am excited to be a mother myself one day. It is so wonderful to get to know each child's different personality, finding what they love to do, and watching them as they grow into their own. I am so excited to spend time with your children this summer! I'm looking for a job that has clear expectations and a steady work load--hopefully around 35-40 hours a week. I'm willing to work with kids of any age. In high school, I volunteered to help teach Latin to grades 2-8 at my church's school. I have worked various babysitting jobs over the years and have also taught children of all ages piano lessons. Additionally, I have been a Sunday School teacher for a number of years, and I worked at a daycare this past summer with kids from ages 5-12. I am skilled in both violin and piano, and would be able to offer children lessons in either instrument on top of normal caregiving.
