About Sarah

Hi! My name is Sarah and I am so excited to meet you! I am currently a student at UCF and I am pursuing a degree in Nursing. I am a part of a club on campus called STEP @ UCF where we educate people on service dog training as well as knowledge on service dogs in general. I have been approved to be a sitter through this club which includes watching the dogs as well as providing light training. Some of this training includes teaching sit, down, car, up, jump, heal, side, and so many more. These dogs are very strict when it comes to what they can and can't do so I have learned how to be patient with dogs and keep a close eye on them. Some more experience I have is that I have a dog at home who is about 7 years old. I have instilled my knowledge I have learned into him and I am very gentle when it comes to everything he does. I have also dog sat my neighbors animals, such as bunnies, cats, fish, etc. when they go on vacation.
