About Sarah

I live with my brother and sister-in-law, and Sarah is the nanny to my niece and nephew. I work from home, so I'm almost always around when Sarah is watching the kids. Most parents can only evaluate their nannies based on what their kids tell them when they get home. I've watched or heard Sarah at work for hundreds of hours in the past year and a half. She has NO weaknesses. She's never been late. She relates well to kids of every age, male and female. She's good at meal time, nap time, play time, all through the day. She respects and enforces parents' rules and schedules. She's patient, loving and responsible. She's a careful driver and she takes car safety seriously. She treats our kids like her own flesh and blood. And when they're playing on their own, she does chores around the house. No one here is looking forward to seeing her go, because she is not going to be easy to replace.
