About Sarah

Hi! I am currently living in Charleston, SC but my husband and I are relocating to Los Angeles, CA this month! I currently work as a pediatric speech language pathologist. I have a graduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the Medical University of South Carolina. I have extensive education in child development and behavior. Over the past four years, I have also been pursuing my doctorate in pediatric feeding and swallowing disorders. I have taken a leave of absence from my doctorate program and am looking for a summer nanny placement where my education and pediatric experience is the perfect fit for a family! Working with children in my passion in life and I enjoy every second of it! I have been providing childcare for over 10 years and have worked with children of all ages from newborns to teenagers. As a pediatric speech, language pathologist, I am lucky enough to work with children on a daily basis! I like to engage children in interactive play and I work hard to make fun learning opportunities out of everyday activities. I am a fun and creative nanny, who is always respectful of all parental choices and wishes! I look forward to working with your family!
