About Sarah

Hello! My name is Sarah and I've been babysitting and nannying since I was around 11 years old. I'm now 26 and living in Squirrel Hill. I'm currently completing my PhD at Duquesne University in English, but as I will be off for the summer, I would love to get back to nannying. I adore reading. I have an M. Ed in elementary education, as well as an MFA in creative writing. I love arts and crafts, I'm very athletic (I run and/or go to the gym every day), and animals. I'm conversational in French, I studied abroad in Strasbourg, France, and I have just started learning Spanish as well. I've worked with children from 3 months old up to 11-year-olds. In addition, I nannied for a family with three daughters, all under the age of 5, as well as one boy age 5 until I graduated high school, at which time he was about 10. I have a lot of experience with toddlers having many small cousins, nieces and nephews! I love babies and kids of all ages and I can't wait to start!
