About Sarah

I am a child care provider that has worked in the field of Early Childhood Education for over 10 years. I have worked in many different areas of child care. I was an Infant and Toddler Teacher for 3 years, and I then worked as a Director of a Child Care facility, as well as a Preschool Teacher for 5 years. I also worked for a Head Start as a Center Director and as a Child Development Specialist. I also owned and operated a full-time child care program in my home. I work well with any age and I am great at multitasking and nurturing children as if they were my own. I have five children of my own, ranging in age from 10 to 18. I have always enjoyed spending time with children and watching them grow and learn. I like to provide a structured nurturing environment that also allows for spur of the moment learning opportunities. My basic philosophy is, if you provide children with the basic needs and plenty of love and nurturing, they will be primed and ready to learn daily.
