Hi, I'm Sarah! I'm living in Mashpee for the summer and I'm a middle school teacher in the Greater Boston area. I have a bachelor's degree in Elementary and Special Education and a master's degree in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages. I was also a private nanny for the past 2 years for children ages 2. 5 to 7. My passion is helping kids learn and grow, and supporting their social emotional needs to become confident, understanding, and successful people. I'm the oldest of 6 kids and took on the caregiver role at the age of 14. I also started babysitting at that age, and tutored and babysat through college. I speak some Spanish and am learning Portuguese, and my hobbies include ice hockey, mountain biking, surfing, and anything outdoors. I am happy to babysit, tutor, run errands, light housework, and pet sit.
