About Sarah

I began babysitting for several families when I was 14 & from there grew a network of families in my hometown that I would clean, tutor and nanny for through the school year part time. Eventually I nannied through the summers and after graduating high school took on the responsibility of nannying full time for a family for 2. 5 years while I attended college online. I moved from the east coast to LA to pursue college on campus & found myself balancing nannying again. Since then I have gotten married & worked with a number of organizations that work closely with kids of many ages, needs & behaviors through Young life, Young Live and most recently through an alternative behavior center that works alongside families/kids that are within the foster/adoption system. Through my experiences working with many different types of kids, I believe that as a nanny, engagement, parallel play, outdoor activities, creativity & consistency are imperative to success with different ages.
