About Sara Rose

I'm Sara Rose and I graduated from Duke University with a B. S. in Neuroscience and minors in Chemistry and Global Health. I am currently pursuing a Master of Science at Columbia University. Throughout my time at Duke, I worked at many schools in the community, teaching science to elementary and middle school students and additionally individually tutoring on the side. As my love for science took place later in my life, my mission has been to expose as many young students to the wonders of learning about the natural world in the most comprehensive and fun ways possible! That being said, I can help students in many other subject areas as well. If assistance is needed in editing a paper, brainstorming ideas for a creative assignment, understanding mathematical word problems, or completing a summer work packet (to name a few) I can be of help. To benefit all my students as much as possible, I welcome any suggestions and resources students or parents are willing to provide.
