About Sariah

My skills include patience, understanding, and enrichment. I like to read, hike, weight lift, and walk around the zoo. One thing you should know about me is I have four nephews and three nieces (ages 3-10). Meaning I have had experience caring for children since the age of 12. I know how to care for and look after infants all the way up to teens. I most recently worked two childcare and enrichment jobs. One was at a school where I set up activities for students during recess and the other is an after school program that I still with. I am attending ASU as a junior in sociology. I recently earned my associate's from MCC. I was co-president of EdRising at MCC. From that I got the opportunity to run a summer STEAM camp for the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce for two years. I also attended two national EdRising conferences. One in Washington DC where I presented my project on case studies. The other conference I attended I won first place for my project on ethical dilemma.
