About Savanna

I have been working within a childcare system for about 2 years, however I have been a child caretaker for the majority of my life. I have grown up around lots of nieces and nephews, and would always take care of them any chance I could. I've had so many different life experiences that have molded me into the person I am today, and I love working with children because it gives you the opportunity to help mold children into the person they will become. Working in childcare has taught me so much about time management, multitasking and has given me so many lessons on how to really engage children in educational experiences/lessons. Teaching in my own classroom has taught me a lot about caring for children as well as what works best to educate them/engage them in useful experiences. I cannot wait to continue engaging with children on a more personal level, rather than conducting an entire class. I'd describe my personality as bubbly, outgoing, resilient.
