About Serena

I currently have my Associate degree in child development. I have worked with children in a preschool setting for 6 years, ranging from ages 18 months to 4 years of age. I have 2 years of nannying experience. One at the age of 6 the other at the age of 8 years old. I drove them to extra curricular functions, cooked meals, helped with their laundry, helped them with homework, and made sure they were prepped for school the next day. I am dedicated to supporting the emotional, social, and academic development of young children. I am knowledgeable when it comes to age appropriate milestones and offer a safe and nurturing environment. I am well-versed in developmental milestones and activities to promote curiosity and engagement. I set up plans with parents to discuss how to help their child reach developmental milestones, working with parents to implant plans is very important to me. I am passionate about providing a nurturing and stimulating environment for children to thrive.
