About Serena

I'd describe my personality as patient, caring and organized I like working with kids because they are so much fun! I want to have a positive impact on their lives and build strong relationships with them. I'm looking for a job that allows me to pursue my passion of working with children. I started working with kids in 2018 at a daycare. I also babysat throughout my high school years. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and dogs. One thing you should know about me is I have a 5-month-old son that I would bring to have to opportunity to be friends with your child! I am great with handling multiple kids at once and have experience doing so. My skills include staying organized with child schedules but also seeing what children need in the moment. I am excellent in problem solving and trying multiple techniques to soothe children and determined to find one that works. I am very patient in general but with kids especially.
