Serena has been absolutely amazing! My 4-year-old gets so excited whenever I tell him Serena is coming over, and she's very gentle and attentive with my newborn. She is always offering to help in extra ways (dishes, laundry, etc.) and she makes sure the house is clean and toys are put away before she leaves. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a fun and responsible nanny!
