I'd describe my personality as introverted, funny, relatable. I like working with kids because I've been working with youth for the past 7 years. I run a residential program for adolescent youth ages 11-22. I have a lot of behavior management experience as well as life skill development. I'm looking for a job that fulfills me. I love helping others. Also a job that allows me to have a healthy home work balance. I started working with kids when I was 25 years old in 2017. In my spare time, I like to read, rest, meditate, organize my week, One thing you should know about me is I am very reliable and responsible. I respect everyone's differences. I give 110% to any job I do. My skills include nurturing, I can draw a line if needed when it comes to behaviors, I believe in being consistent, dependable, and transparent with children to create a trusting relationship.
